Ministry description
Experience life and ministry in post-Christian, urban Europe through this 11-month, service-learning internship (August-June internship cycle) for Czech, other European and American learners. We desire that you will grow deep in Christ, learn to live and lead others as missional disciplemakers, come to appreciate cross-cultural ministry collaboration, and be prepared to take what you learn back to your home culture.
Responsibilities
Through relationship and service, you will support the growth of a disciplemaking culture through actively pursuing missional living and missional activity as part of a missional community. You will be placed in a church planting environment or in an established church where there is a missional atmosphere and outside of the church in a relational ministry context.
This opportunity is designed to address the three essential components of an internship:
- Your head, as you gain a broader perspective on God’s kingdom vision and your role in it.
- Your heart, as you grow in your relationship with Christ and experience transformation through the power of the gospel.
- Your hands, as you explore, develop and utilize your God-given skills and gifts in service and as a part of a team.
Qualifications
- Must raise own finances
- Age 21 or older at the start of internship
