The Roma people of Czech Republic need the gospel just as much as any other European. The Roma are a marginalized people group that has difficulty in assimilating into the Czech culture. Discriminated in the public education system and often impoverished, the Roma need generational gospel influence meaning that we are looking for long-term missionary commitment.
Ministry is done via relationship building, life-skill teaching and partnership with both Czechs and Roma ministries. Participation in summer camps and hosting holiday events will be a critical part of outreach.
Skills that can be used in Roma ministry include: teaching, nursing, worship leading, youth ministry, arts and crafts, preaching, church planting, media work, camping arts.
