Dr. Nicholas Perrin Named New Trinity International University President

Following a yearlong search process, the Trinity International University TIU Board of Regents named Dr. Nicholas Perrin to succeed Dr. David Dockery as Trinity's 16th president.

We are pleased to announce that the Trinity International University Board of Regents has unanimously selected Dr. Nicholas Perrin to become the 16th president of Trinity International University. Dr. Perrin takes over from Dr. David Dockery, TIU's 15th president, who was unanimously elected on February 28, 2014, and, prior to that, served as president of Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, for 18 years.

Dr. Perrin is an acclaimed educator, administrator, author and scholar. He formerly served as the Franklin S. Dyrness Professor of Biblical Studies at Wheaton College after serving as the dean of Wheaton Graduate School from 2012-2016. Perrin also recently served as transitional pastor at Faith Community Church in West Chicago. Dr. Perrin will begin work immediately.
